When you renew a package, the new subscription period is added to the end of your current one. For example, if you have 15 days left and you renew for a year, your new expiration date will be one year and 15 days from now. Rest assured, your total subscription time has been extended.

What happened when I applied for a 7-day free trial? expand_more

Your package gets upgraded to the plan you have activated. After the Free trial ends, your package either gets downgraded to the free plan or the new package gets activated if you have bought it within the free trial. We do not ask for credit card information during a free trial.

When you renew your package, your subscription's validity is extended by the duration of the plan you purchased (e.g., one month or one year). This ensures you continue to have uninterrupted access to your plan's features beyond your original expiration date.

What happens if I upgrade my plan from screenwriting to video production? expand_more

Upon upgrading, you will immediately gain access to all the advanced features included in the Video Pre-Production plan, such as Call Sheets, Task Manager, and AI-Powered Breakdown. Your billing will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, meaning you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

What happened when I bought the teams seat or project seat? expand_more

Purchasing a team seat allows you to add more members to collaborate on your projects. Buying a project seat increases the number of active projects you can manage simultaneously. These are add-ons to expand your plan's capacity as your needs grow.

What happened to the projects when my plan got expired? expand_more

When your plan expires, your projects will be moved to a read-only state. You will be able to view your work but will not be able to edit or add new content. Your data remains safe, and full access can be restored by renewing your subscription.

What happened to the team members added to the project when the plan got expired? expand_more

If your plan expires, your team members will also lose editing access to the projects. Their access will be restricted to read-only, similar to your own, until the subscription is renewed.
